Amegashi

a young boy from the korou wolf-clan, itomaki, suddenly enters his “hunger period.” in order to end it, he must raise a fairy-like creature known as an “amegashi,” and 1 year later — eat her. for an amegashi, their only source of food is the blood of a korou. to eat, and be eaten — together in this ancient coexistence, the two begin their relationship. this heart-wrenching fantasy paints the story of a love so pure, it transcends the boundaries between different races.
