after graduating from college, ginichirou decides to get a job at the town hall of his hometown, amenashi-mura (雨無村). in this village, there are only three young people above high school age: ginichiro, his childhood friend megumi, and sumio, a part-time convenience store clerk. ginichiro is assigned to be a sightseeing guide, but there are no specialties or famous places in this rainless village. even so, something always happens…!
