kiyoshi koyama, a first-year high school boy, is a very big fan of vtubers. one day, he fell asleep while illustrating a vtuber character after class. his illustration then was caught by nene otogawa, one of his classmate. admired his work and wanted to become a vtuber as well, otogawa requested koyama to draw a model for her. he initially rejected but then accepted at last.
